You should post an /age screen shot for each account. I'd be very interested in seeing them.

It's most likely all from the trader reset they had way back in the day. (You know, that one that wasn't rolled back.)

dude quit saying ignorant stuff like that.
"i have 20 million"
"omg ebay noob / trader reset / haxx0r / scamm0r" "if i cant get 8 million farming elona noone can"
believe it or not people can actually make millions legitamately kinda sucks to have people saying rude stuff like that when you could have made it fairly
anyways age dont mean nothing people have accounts purely for storage. i know people with 4 storage accounts + as they dont like ectos as investment
anyways, use the 250k power trade to get a couple of million then get multiple fow armor sets to show off how rich you are.

you have 270k... but nothing to buy...
then you should just ignore the number that represents your gold and play the game!
or bug ANet to introduce more tricked out skins for staves/wands/focii.

If I had 8mil gold I would play little tricks with the economy. Decide that for 24 hours I was going to buy all the monsterous claws that the trader had until he was sold out and then just keep him sold out. Then see if I could sell for a profit. Any profit I actually made I'd probably donate to random newbies in Ascolon or Monestery.

That shows how ignorant you actually are about high rollers in the game. A large percentage of the people in GW with multi-millions in gold got it through ebay or the trader reset. Usually it's the people who got it through the trader reset. Is there a chance people got it legitly? Of course. I could be sitting on god only knows how much ecto by selling off my 15>50 crystalline, but the fact is most people still used the trader reset to get their wealth.

OK, I'm serious about buying me alot of Monstrous Claws. Armor is fricking expensive and there is no point trying to go further in the game without new armor. Plus the bs 175gold awards and having to buy all your skills is seriously draining me.

Buy a perfect gold caster item, such as a staff with 10% recharge 10% cast on whatever attribute
Mix a unique dye for your armour
And best of all, make a new character and spend it all on him/her, surely you will get bored wiht a necro and would want to go play a ranger or a warrior as a change from the caster class

What exactly do casters do with large sums of money?

It is not that hard to get millions. All you need is patience for selling items and time for farming. Unfortunately farming is too boring but some can do it several hours per day. When Guild Wars was released, farming was very easy. Those who realized it in those days, are now very rich. They can create gold by selling/buying several hundred ectoplasms. No farming needed anymore.

Convert all the gold into random items that are worth something. Start a Black Dye Collection. Or if you don't like black dyes, start buying up Sup Vigors. Or Make a Gemstone collection.

Buy more 15k armor... I'm working on my 3rd and 4th sets for my characters. Still got money after that? Experimient with lots of dye combinations, buy superior vigors for all your characters, then after that, buy all the mini-pets in the game.

Max your favorite character.
Buy all skills, best armor you can, absolutely perfect gold weapons (customize).
Then use the rest to play around with Treasure hunter, gemstones, trading... all works.
I farm plenty but never get rich, I'm no good at trading, sigh. Several mill has gone through my account though, I guess. 1.5+m on FoW (when ectos were 14~k, hyah!), 690k on skills... meep.

Did you get Superior Vigors to all your character's Armor yet? If you did that... well do what I did Buy Guild Wars again and start some new Characters. I got 5 accounts already...
BTW you dont need to buy the accounts if you know friends that dont play anymore and are willing to part with their accounts for free. worked for me.

roflcopter. i was laughing so hard at your post i could hardly breave. this is classic.
i know and absolute shit load of millionaires and tons of people with 10 million plus, some as high as 50 million +. out of everyone i know. i dont think i know any who used the trader reset, most didnt even use ebay. im sure alot of random people did but i sure as hell cant name any now. it was a long time ago before i and many other millionaires i know even started playing and im sure many of them spent it all or quit. some i know ebayed heavily but i cant think of any trader reset people.
making a million isnt hard it can be done in a day/days of good power trading. heck i even know people with thousands of ecto who did not use ebay, trader reset or scamming...
quit winging about millionaires and how its nearly impossible to make a mil as it just makes you appear jealous. its not hard, its easy, very easy. no ebay, trader reset or scamming required.
i really suggest you stop posting as you are just embarrassing yourself calling people newbs when in fact they are pwnage and claiming you have a 15>50 crystalline sword. Care to show me ingame ill pay you 50k
o and btw i am a high roller so i can speak from experience and of my knowledge of all the other high rollers i know. your statement just shows how you dont even have a clue who the high rollers are. posting with no idea what you are talking about ftl

anways, back on topic. if you want fow armor but dont have enough keep what you have an farm / power trade to get the mil you need for it.
you say about wanting to own rare casters stuff. try looking for dragon headed staffs, ghostly staffs, medusa head offhands, pimp cup divine symbols. 10/10 staffs are only like 50k each now so you could buy one for each of your chars or get a few different req ones for one of your chars. 5>50 10% wands and 10/10 offhands are all nice items for casters. if you like a certain skin you could start collecting it i.e. raven staffs.
going for titles maybe, chest running etc
buying all the skills for each primary class you have
